We are extremely excited to introduce you to three new Practice Service Specialists. The Practice Service Specialist role provides an added layer of support designed to improve your member experience. They will contact you to provide elevated member services. This includes sharing new services, assistance with your reimbursements, program re-enrollment, welcoming new members and answering any questions about the Inner Circle program. Plus, monthly supply reviews for our Platinum members.
Please continue to work with your Inside Sales representatives and Customer Service representatives as you normally do daily. The Practice Service Specialist is another level of support for Inner Circle members. We are confident that Afiya, Brittany, and Carrie will be able to assist you and ensure that you get the most out of the Inner Circle program and all it has to offer your practice.
Rob brings over 15 years of progressive sales, marketing and clinic operations experience to Phonak. His experience includes leading practice growth programs for over 300 North American clinic locations for GN Hearing and Amplifon.
